2. Hosting and log files
Our website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit the site, technically necessary data is stored (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser, operating system). We use it for operation and security and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose.

3. Cookies and consent
We only set cookies with your consent, unless they are technically necessary. Details can be found in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie banner.

4. Statistics (Matomo)
We use Matomo on our own server to understand how the site is used. Page views, browser and screen size are recorded, and the data is not shared with third parties. Matomo only sets cookies with your consent.

5. Embedded content (YouTube, SoundCloud, Google Maps)
Videos, audio and maps are only loaded after you give your consent. In doing so, the providers receive, among other things, your IP address, also in countries outside Switzerland (e.g. the USA). You can find more information in the privacy policies of Google and SoundCloud.

6. Newsletter (Brevo)
For the newsletter, we store your email address with Brevo. Sign-up uses a double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will then delete your data.

7. Links to Facebook and WhatsApp
The links on our site only open the respective service when you click on them. The terms of that service then apply. This also applies to our WhatsApp channel (guest list).

8. Apps
Our apps play the radio stream from our server. As a technical necessity, your IP address is transmitted to the server. We do not collect any other personal data in the apps and do not use any analytics or advertising services.

9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of your consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
